The management of the Catholic University College of Ghana (CUCG) school fees schedule to be paid by each undergraduate, sandwich, degree, diploma, masters, postgraduate and distance education (IDL) student respectively for the 2023/2024 academic session has been released.

The following policies and procedures are applicable to all students who officially register for programmes at the Catholic University College Ghana. The Institute reserves the right to change fees without prior notice. However, fee changes are subject to approval by the Governing Council and we will update it ASAP.

Students fees are made up of tuition fees, hostel charges and other charges students may be liable whilst studying at CUCG.

All fees become due and payable in full at the beginning of every academic year

The University however, accepts payment of fees by semester. Students must pay their semester fees in full before they can be permitted to register their semester courses.

The University reserves the right to impose sanctions against students who persistently refuse to pay their fees as stipulated in the Handbook and Student Guide and the Students’ Fee Policy and Procedures.
