We are looking for the most talented, charismatic and communicative business professionals in the Ghanaian micro-credit industry to undertake our Customer Support Department in the
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Experience of providing chat support using chat clients like Intercom
- High level of fluency in English
- Able to attend multiple chats (Max up to 3) at the same time
- (Pl note In-App chat support will be positioned as our primary customer service channel.)
