Details of H.M Eatery Vacancy Position & How to Apply.
Our company is into healthy food production. We currently have four branches located in different parts of Accra. We are also about to start another project that deals with social issues. We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and competent Officer Manager who can demonstrate deep sense of responsibility and work with minimal or no supervision.
The Office Manager will be based at our Head Office at Asylum Down and will be responsible for the following among other tasks:
Key Tasks
· Provide leadership to staff in the office to ensure and within the company.
· Ensure smooth running of the office including maintenance of facilities.
· Liaise with vendors and other service providers to achieve best value procurement.
· Ensure compliance with licensing and other regulatory obligations.
· Coordinate activities of restaurant Branch Managers and participate in decision-making processes.
· Support a new Team of Client Service staff to implement our upcoming social service project.
· Assist to recruit and train new staff for the company.
· Represent the Director in making decisions on important company issues.
· Support business promotion activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Demonstrate maturity and commitment to work.
· Have a pleasant personality to be able to relate with different clients and staff.
· Be a proactive and fast learner.
· Must be computer literate with practical experience.
· Must be able to set work agenda and execute strategies for implementation.
· Able to work flexible hours.
· Ability to drive is an advantage.
Qualification
A minimum of first degree from a recognized University or equivalent certificate.
