Reputable Company Job Positions 2019

The Country Manager will be reporting direct to the Senior Management. Managing tasks on the ground and acting as the main internal and external point of contact.

Duties

• Develop local business strategy and plans
• Define, implement and optimise local policy, operational processes, procedures and standards
• Be a focal point of communication for the company’s business
• Help close new deals with local customers
• Lead pipelines and forecasts
• Build strategic partnerships with customers from Directors up to C-Level.
• Recruit, monitor performance, mentor coaching and develop career plans
• Work with Senior management to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Managing projects and change
• Deliver effective presentations

Education, Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required. A Master’s degree would be an advantage.
• Significant experience, including supervisory experience, required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving capability and strategic thinker
• Results driven and an ability to lead by example when required with strong leadership skills.
• Must have interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent networking skills with a proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with customers, stakeholders, investors and government officials
• Must be computer literate and ability to perform a wide range of duties
