Key responsibilities
- Staff oversight
- CRM system management
- Point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Meeting, greeting, and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
- Managing petty cash and banking
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Scheduling meetings and appointments; preparing documents for meetings
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes.

Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate
