Purpose

  • To coordinate, deliver and implement programs through the talent lifecycle in order to guarantee a smooth talent cycle process.

Essential Duties

Development and Execution of Talent Management Programs

  • Lead recruitment and sourcing activities.
  • Provide advice, support, tools and resources to the site recruiters for the recruitment of roles.
  • Schedule interviews and arrange panellists.
  • Review submitted curriculum vitaes (CVs).
  • Post job advertisements on job boards.
  • Work directly with agencies on the sourcing approach.
  • Lead and coordinate all Inclusion and Diversity activities:
    • drive the annual plans.
    • track and report the regional and site metrics.
    • support the business resource groups (BRGs) with their activities, logistics and budget.
    • provide thought leadership.
  • Establish the approach, framework and tools for onboarding new hires.
  • Support the sites to onboard critical new hires.
  • Coordinate new hire logistics and work with other Human Resource resources to deliver new hire onboarding.
  • Lead and coordinate all regional succession and talent review activities:
    • train stakeholders on the process, designing and implementation of supporting tools.
    • facilitate succession and talent discussions.
  • Lead and coordinate all employee engagement activities:
    • the administration of the bi-annual Global Employee Survey, and annual Pulse surveys.
    • coordinate regional engagement activities and projects aligned to the survey results.
  • Lead and coordinate all regional expat processes, in collaboration with Corporate Global Mobility and Talent Management, and Regional Global Mobility:
    • work with managers and Expats on assignment and role extension justifications and offer letter details.
  • Lead and coordinate all regional performance management activities in collaboration with Corporate Talent Management:
    • deliver training programs and support managers and employees with performance improvement plans.
  • Lead and coordinate all regional employee development activities:
    • manage the external training process and requests.
    • design and coordinate internal development opportunities such as mentoring, managing a central development dashboard for critical talent, and delivering development trainings.
  • Coordinate and deliver all regional leadership development programs, in collaboration with Corporate Talent Management:
    • deliver global programs, and regional specific programs.
  • Conduct follow up actions related to the training programs.

Talent Partner / Support

  • Serve as a Talent Partner to specific employee segments as assigned.
  • Provide direct, hands on talent support and coaching to the assigned segments.

 

Human Resources Programs and Activities

  • Support Human Resources (HR) general programs and activities as assigned to enable the broader HR strategy.

Training & Experience

 

Formal Qualification (including Professional Registrations):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field.

Additional Knowledge:

  • The recruitment and selection process.
  • Knowledge of various assessment tools used in the company context.
  • Understanding of needs analysis within the organisation.
  • Knowledge of the general succession planning process.

 

Experience:

  • Between 5 and 8 years work experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with and exposure to any Talent activities strongly preferred.
