KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibilities

1. Actively interfaces with the other Units to ensure smooth and efficient processes and optimum use of resources and   technology.

2. Leads, inspires and coaches team members and line-staff to achieve their targets while supporting their professional and personal development.

3. Overall supports management projects and participates in the development of policies and procedures, including through activity in committees and working groups.

4. Consonant with the senior management nature of the position, keeps in sight the need to optimize efficiency and revenue while maintain diligent cost management.

5. Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations as a matter of course.

Job Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferably in Marketing, Brand or related field 8 – 10 years working experience with a minimum of 4 years at supervisory level, within the Banking industry Post-graduate or professional qualification is an advantage Must have substantial knowledge and expertise in brand management Ability to develop and implement marketing plans and programs
