LaReine is a small scale manufacturer and retailer of naturally derived skincare products . Just as importantly, we are using our growing platform to wage war against skin bleaching. We are dedicated to supporting local shea and African black soap suppliers through sustainable sourcing and capacity building. As we grow we are happy to have you join us in our manufacturing space where we create high quality soaps, lotions, scrubs and more and package them for our growing consumer market. As a LaReine employee, you must possess integrity and a genuine love for our consumers by making products with love and care.
The role
We are currently hiring Production Assistants to join our Production Team in Tantra Hills, Accra. This role is a full time Monday-Friday job from 8am to 4pm daily.
In this role you have the chance to become a member of our small but formidable team creating an amazing range of natural skincare products.
Your main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Mixing, Pressing, pouring, filling and hand forming products;
- Labelling, wrapping and packing products;
- Cleaning and tidying work areas;
- Clearly communicating in English with manager and team members;
- Assisting with other production related tasks when needed – we work as a team!

Our ideal candidate should be energetic and positive. This is a physical job and requires persons who are comfortable lifting and performing manual tasks and work well under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum WASSCE Certificate
- Practical and applied math skills are required including; weighing, counting, multiplying and subtraction.
Candidates who possess any kind of manufacturing production line experience or food manufacturing experience will be highly regarded, though this experience is not essential as we are happy to give you all the training required to become a professional member of our team!
