Brief Job Description:

·         Welcoming visitors with a smile and introducing them to the appropriate personnel

·         Handle guests’ inquiries and provide relevant documents/guide in collaboration with appropriate unit

·         Helping guests and prospective clients fill inquiry forms

·         Calling sales team to attend to all prospective clients

·         Answering phone calls and if needed directing callers to the appropriate personnel

·         Maintaining a neat and well-groomed general appearance

·         Taking requests for repairs and directing residents to send an email

·         Making sure all visitors (non-residents) sign in and out appropriately

·         Calling residents through the intercom anytime they have a visitor

·         Checking all common areas after they are used

·         Daily inventory & Daily Checks

·         Recording all lost & found items in the logbook

·         Answering the intercom calls from residents and assisting them

·         Keeping the items left at reception by any of the residents or guests.

·         Reporting resident complaints and requests to the supervisors

Qualification and Requirements :


• Knowledge of basic communication principles
• Knowledge of front desk management techniques
• Knowledge of basic administrative principles
• Proficient in use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and outlook
• Ability to use telephone console
• Ability to write reports and minutes
