Details of Reputable Logistics Company Vacancy Position & How to Apply.
The Head of Operations shall have oversight responsibility for the general operations of the company and is responsible for improving efficiency and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and improving daily functions;
- Building processes based on our business goals;
- Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures;
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance;
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or similar. A Master’s degree would be an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience with at least 3 years’ in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills and strategic thinker
- Must be computer literate and ability to perform a wide range of duties
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent supervisory skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
- Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Must have a practical, flexible and innovative approach to work
