Zipline’s operations teams in Rwanda and Ghana are growing quickly. Each team is responsible for the success of the country, from managing the execution of our drone deliveries to providing an excellent experience for our customers and key stakeholders. As the first Data Analyst on our Global Ops team, you’ll own: Operational Metrics & Decks — Making sure global & local operations have accurate numbers and the right metrics to evaluate the health of their business, root cause problems. and measure the success of their projects/initiatives.

Reporting for External Customers — Creating reports and data visualizations that can be used to enhance or customer & client experience, including for getting new business in our countries of operation.

Prototyping Web Apps to Create Valuable Stop-Gap Solutions — Finding opportunities and building scrappy tools, prototyping web apps, and creating reports which can be a ‘stop gap’ when we don’t have technology/software solutions. All to help make improve Operator Experience or Customer Experience.

Coaching Ops Team on Data Analysis — Help local operations be self-sufficient with data by sharing knowledge (though good documentation), conducting teaching sessions, and coaching interested members.
